We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and precision, timely repairs to the Bransonic tabletop ultrasonics, Sonifiers and industrial ultrasonic tanks and generators.
We make it easy for the end users requiring warranty service. You only need to call our friendly customer service and provide your information.
We will fax or email you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) label which is attached to your box containing the equipment being sent in for repair.
You attach the waybill from your preferred courier and ship your unit in.
Once received into our shop we get to work. Your equipment is assessed by our qualified learned technicians and the warranty repair is carried out in a professional timely fashion. Within a very short period of time, (time varies based on the equipment, faults found and parts required), your equipment is return to you working to the manufacturers specificiations.
